Attorney's Fees

Personal injury cases are handled on a Contingent Fee basis which means you only pay us if we are successful in recovering monies for you by way of a settlement, judgment or award.  We receive a percentage of the settlement, judgment or award plus out-of-pocket expenses.  You do not pay us until the end of the case and the monies are recovered.  It will not cost you anything to talk to us.
